Payment & Shipping
Information on how to pay and details of shipping are as follows. If you have an enquiry or would like to commission a painting, please contact us by email.
SHIPPING
Paintings are sent by registered airfreight within Australia, with Fastway couriers. Large paintings are shipped via Pack and Send. Paintings are insured and shipped first class airfreight to USA, Canada, Europe & most countries at the buyers expense. If you prefer to use other carriers of your choice please advise us.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days [excluding weekends] of receiving payment. We will inform you by email when your painting has been send along with all shipment details and will contact you by email to confirm it’s safe arrival.
TRANSIT TIME
Delivery in Australia takes between two and five days, and around 7-10 days to North America, Canada and most European countries. Fine Art does not carry import duties in most countries.
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your painting we are happy to refund your money once the painting has been safely received back by us. Packaging, insurance and freight is at the expense of the buyer returning the painting to us.
COMMISSIONS
We are delighted to accept commissions. Please email us with your request so that we can review and discuss this with you. We require a 50% deposit to secure the order and balance before the painting is shipped.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by direct bank deposit, money order , Visa or Master Card in Australian Dollars.
